HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

Audition Process:
We begin by getting to know each performer through in-person auditions or online submissions.
(Please note: all online submissions will be reviewed 30 days after in-person auditions.)
 
 
Interview Process:
Following auditions, we conduct an interview to evaluate your career goals, personality, and professional aspirations.

Professional Development:
After the review (if accepted), you’ll select one of our packages (solely based on genre(s) chosen), each of which includes:
 
A professional headshot (if needed)
A polished resume industry standard overview
A video reel overview
Business Administration Classes
Group Division Performances and Visuals
Paid opportunities to develop your resume
1 or more Industry Directed Foundations and Technique (depending on genre(s) chosen)

Career Track:
Depending on your focus—acting, dance, content creation, or a combination—you’ll work hands-on with highly experienced industry directors to take the next steps in your career.

The Growth Package:

Choose three genres:

Expanded training and industry connections, group coaching, and performance opportunities in both chosen genres.

GROWTH — training + performance development

  • Portfolio building
  • Performs in ALL Quarterly Projects
  • Can be considered for opportunities
  • Can move to Visionary
  • Must meet ALL criteria:

    -  director approval

The Visionary Package:

Choose all genres:

This all-inclusive package provides advanced classes, industry connections, personalized coaching, and performance opportunities in all genres.

Additionally, you’ll participate in mandatory classes with our Content Creating Division to fully develop your personal brand and expand your career.
