HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Audition Process
We begin by getting to know each performer through either an in-person audition or an online submission.
Please note: Online submissions are reviewed 30 days after in-person auditions.

Interview Process
After auditions, selected applicants will participate in an interview. This allows us to learn more about your goals, personality, and professional aspirations.
During this process, we assess:

  • Your personal and career goals

  • Your specific needs and challenges

  • How we can best support your growth

WHAT WE OFFER
Professional Development
If accepted, you’ll choose one of our packages—based solely on your selected genre(s). Each package includes:

  • A professional headshot (if needed)

  • A polished, industry-standard résumé

  • A video reel overview

  • Business administration classes

  • Content Creating Division only: group performances and visuals

  • Paid opportunities to build your résumé

  • One or more industry-directed foundation and technique classes
    (varies by genre)

Note: Representation is only provided once an artist meets company requirements and industry standards.
Career Track
Whether your focus is acting, dance, content creation, or a combination, you will work directly with highly experienced industry directors to advance your career.
Through Absence Network, members gain access to year-round paid opportunities in:

  • Film and television

  • Music videos

  • Fortune 500 campaigns

  • Festivals and more—nationwide and across U.S. territories

HOW THE PACKAGES WORK

  • Each genre/division consists of 2 hours of instruction

  • 3-month agreements

  • Quarterly re-auditions for evaluation

  • Each package includes a outlined timeline to graduation

Foundation Package Timeline: 3 years
Growth Package Timeline: 2 years
Visionary Package Timeline: 1 year
GRADUATION
Upon completion, you will:
  • Graduate with your own professional book of business,
    OR
  • Join our partnered agency, Dreamworld, with your completed book of business.
